Welcome to Creators-studio — The Startup Studio for Student Builders.
We're thrilled that you're here.
Before we dive into the details, let's get one thing straight — this isn't a regular internship. Creators-studio is a startup studio, a place where college students from diverse backgrounds come together to build real products, test bold ideas, and launch startups from scratch.
You're about to step into an ecosystem where learning happens by doing, failing, iterating, and shipping — just like real founders do. Here, every project is a live experiment, every idea a potential product, and every student a builder-in-action.
This is not about filling internship slots. It's about joining a movement — a generation of young innovators who don't wait to graduate to make an impact

Your Journey at startup studio🚀

Aspirant AI is a Startup Studio where students don’t “learn,” they build. You become a creator who can think, execute, and collaborate like a real team. 🎥 Tap the video below to get the vibe.

The 6-Month Journey: From Idea to Launch
The Creators-studio program is a six-month creation sprint that mirrors how real startups operate — fast, collaborative, and deeply transformative. Its divided into two focused phases designed to help you grow from a curious student to a confident builder, preparing you for the dynamic world of entrepreneurship.
Phase 1: Ideation & Validation Sprint
Focus on identifying pressing market needs, brainstorming innovative solutions, and rigorously testing initial concepts with real users. This phase is all about achieving a strong problem-solution fit.
Phase 2: Build & Launch Marathon
Transition from validated ideas to building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), iterating based on continuous feedback, and meticulously preparing for a public launch. Experience the full product development lifecycle.
Phase 1 — The Builder Phase (First 3 Months)
Phase 1 is where your journey actually starts — a hands-on, messy, exciting three-month sprint where learning happens by building, not by attending lectures. You’ll work inside a real startup-style environment with a mixed team of developers, designers, writers, editors, marketers, and creators, all collaborating to build a working product or prototype from scratch.
During this phase, you don't receive a stipend — instead, each team gets its own tool budget to experiment with AI models, platforms, subscriptions, and workflows. The focus here isn,t compensation'it's growth, collaboration, consistency, and proving that you can execute in a real product environment.
At the end of the sprint, your work becomes your evaluation. The most consistent, committed, high-performing builders move into Phase 2, where the internship becomes paid and projects scale to a more professional level. Phase 1 is your proving ground — a launchpad that prepares you for the real action ahead.

1
Orientation & Team Formation (Week 0–1)
Onboard to the Aspirant workspace and tooling. Meet your mentors and teammates. Define your project scope and collaboratively set a living 90-day roadmap.
2
Building Sprint Cycles (Weeks 2–10)
Work in intensive 2-week sprint cycles, moving from ideation to execution, review, and reflection. Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to deliver micro-features and measurable outcomes consistently.
3
Cross-Domain Collaboration (Ongoing)
Foster seamless collaboration where designers work directly with developers, and editors sync with marketers. Engage in hands-on pairing and critique sessions to maintain alignment. Everyone contributes to critical product decisions, not just execution.
4
Mentorship & Focused Training (Weekly)
Benefit from short, actionable sessions on product thinking, growth loops, design critique, AI tooling, and content strategy. Utilise mentor office hours for personalised feedback on your deliverables. Each team receives a micro-budget for essential tools like Figma, APIs, and libraries.
5
Personal Growth & Evaluation (End of Month 3)
Present your project outcomes, including metrics, demos, and key learnings. Receive individual evaluations based on your contribution, consistency, quality, and collaboration, with concrete feedback to help you level up.
Outcome of Phase 1:
  • A live prototype or tangible project artifact.
  • A documented case study detailing your process, metrics, and lessons learned.
  • A clear, evidence-based evaluation determining your eligibility for Phase 2.
Phase 2 — The Startup Lab (Next 3 Months)
Phase 2 is where top performers from Phase 1 step up as leaders, entering the Startup Lab. Here, skills, discipline, and creativity translate into tangible startup outcomes. This is where the work gets serious, and your efforts are financially rewarded with paid compensation.
Team Reformation & New Challenges
Top performers from Phase 1 regroup into high-velocity, cross-functional teams. Tackle fresh, impactful problem statements, leveraging enhanced resources and higher expectations to drive innovation.
Founder-Like Ownership
Operate as a mini-startup within Aspirant AI. Own the entire end-to-end process: ideation, market research, validation, prototyping, testing, and growth. Make real decisions and deliver tangible results.
Paid Experience & Team Budget
Participants receive stipends, and teams get larger budgets for advanced tools and marketing. Focus shifts to real MVP launches, users, and trackable metrics, fostering creativity without financial limitation.
Intensive Mentorship & Investment Readiness
Collaborate with founders, investors, and industry mentors on product-market fit, GTM strategy, fundraising, and growth. These sessions prepare teams for the real world; some may even secure micro-grants.
Demo Day & Studio Continuation
Showcase your journey on Demo Day, presenting product, growth, and lessons learned. Promising projects can be incubated further within Aspirant AI or spun out as independent startup collaborations with continued support.
Outcome of Phase 2:
  • Built a real product with user feedback and measurable traction.
  • Earned a stipend for your work and contributions.
  • Managed a team budget for real-world tool usage and product scaling.
  • Gained a portfolio-ready startup case study with launch data and team metrics.
  • Experienced what it feels like to work as a founder — not just an intern.
